At MAKS Caravan Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
